The items received do not correspond to those ordered or have defects

If you have received an item other than the one purchased, you can choose to return or exchange it. We will refund the item in question and the related shipping costs as soon as we receive it in stock.
If, on the other hand, you have received a defective item, you can choose whether to repair the item or to replace it (unless the requested repair is objectively impossible or excessively expensive). In any case, you will not be charged any costs.
