If you have not yet received your order and the estimated delivery date has passed, please check your inbox and check that you have received our shipping confirmation email.
If you have selected home delivery, you can consult the status of your order at any time in the section my orders in “My Account”. If you have not registered, access the section Orders (link to page) and enter your e-mail address and order code.
Remember that during sales and promotion periods, delivery times may be longer.
